1.2. Using the application implies acceptance of these terms.
1.3. The Cownt application is available for Android users via Google Play.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. The user agrees to use the application in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law.
2.2. Copying, modifying, decompiling, or unauthorized distribution of the application is prohibited.
2.3. All rights to the application belong to its creator.

3. Subscription

3.1. Using the Cownt application requires purchasing a monthly or annual subscription.
3.2. The subscription is assigned to a single Google account and may be used by only one user. Sharing the account with other people is not allowed.
3.3. If account sharing is detected, the application creator may cancel the subscription without a refund.
3.4. Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the Google Play store’s regulations.
3.5. The user may cancel the subscription at any time through the Google Play settings.

4. Liability

4.1. The application creator is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the application.
4.2. The application is provided “as is”, with no guarantees of error-free operation.
